A. Revocation Instruction
Introduction
Consumers have a right of revocation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby consumers are any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes primarily attributable neither to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In deviation from this, the revocation period in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period of time is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Maradanny GbR, Katernstein 13, 37603 Holzminden, Germany, Tel .: +4915901225311, Email: info@denlivery.net by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the revocation right before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
